Xerox Phaser 8200 21.02 error?
Hello, I have a Xerox Phaser 8200 which is giving a printhead NVRAM 21.02 nonresponse error OK therm. According to the service manual, check the connections to the print head or replace the print head. The connections are good and tight and I have replaced the printhead twice now, one was reformed, the other was from Xerox and both give the same error. These Xerox OEM ink for 8200 and no other. Also I replaced the power control card that the ribbon cable for connecting the print head and still does the same. Any idea where to go from here? Replacement printer is not an option. Thanks
You seem to have done a good job for now, and 2 printheads w / NVRAM should not both be wrong. Make sure to replace the motherboard and check the wiring connection between it and the power control board. Check carefully for any damaged connector or cables. It Otherwise I would say replace the ribbon cable to the print head, as you may damage in a way that can not see and who has covered everything else. Best of luck.
