Why not a company to put more effort into marketing a product that works well?

I purchased an insect control spray called PC-Cide works very well for my house. But I realize the importing company does not really market them. I know that advertising means money, but is never wasted a good product, get your focus. Why would a company do that? If hardly anyone knows ABT your product is not costing them more money?

As an importer can make money on product distribution and not have to worry very stable, or coming to an end not worth the resources.
