Wireless printing to a Xerox WorkCentre Pro 340?

At work we have a Xerox Pro 340. We have an Internet T1 line, also have free wireless Internet. We have 3 desktops all ready for printing on the Xerox machine. We also have someone coming with a computer laptop and connects to the wireless Internet. What you need to know is how to set your computer to be also capable of printing on the Xerox.

Well, it's wireless network and the normal network (wired network) in the same subnet. Are you working in a domain environment or just a workgroup? Is the printer connected to a print server or just directly to the router? Please answer these questions to reduce the solutions.
