How do I remove my typewriter from its carrying case?

I just bought an old manual Smith-Corona Galaxie Twelve typewriter the thrift store for a few dollars. He came inside a carrying case and when I got home I realized that is stuck in the case of the bottom. I was looking online and found it was possible to remove it, but I'm not desperate to buy a user manual for it. I can not seem to understand. Does anyone know how to remove the typewriter if necessary?

Have you bought a typewriter to be ironic? Either you're doing some type of historical film and you need a prop? Not only that, if the case comes with its own look, you bought a laptop Olde you. I do not know how to remove it from the case. Maybe ask an archaeologist? They may be able to help you better than any of us here in the twenty-first century can.
