Is the Toshiba netbook two models of the same?

I am looking to buy a Toshiba NB100-13G that is on special offer during the holiday overseas. The question is whether this model is the same as the UK version NB100-11R, and I will be able to find spare parts in the UK if necessary for the NB100-13G? Thanks beforehand.
