What settings can I change Eclipse need to highlight the file in the Package Explorer when I click on the tab in the editor?

I using Eclipse (www.eclipse.org) for Java development and I have a Java file open in the editor. It's a file I just find doing a search. What I change settings to get stressed that opening the file in the Package Explorer by clicking the File tab in the Editor? I remember seeing, but I can not find it.

At the top right of the Explorer packages are a lot of icons. Find one that has 2 arrows each pointing in opposite directions. If you hovers over the icon, it says "Link with Editor". Click on it to activate it. Now, the package explorer will be highlighted and any file that you has assets in the editor.
