Straps Brown

Does anyone know where I can get a brown bag with leather straps?

A lot of people in my school have given this bag, but do not know the designer or brand. It is a brown bag and the material is sorta like a rain coat. The straps are leather and has a gold stud on one side only. Its kind of like a bag of medium size. Any help is awesome!
