In today's economic climate many of us are concerned about our jobs and how long, in addition to thinking about our next move career.

Now more than ever, we face many propect to find a new job and for many of us face this for the first time in years. I've heard recently many people told me they were looking for a new job for years, the fist time and have not done an interview before.

I hope some of the following tips may help when you're out there looking for new work.

1) Remember thats its important role in your strengths when the market. What I mean in the use of their experience. I know many people in my recruitment work they are trying other avenues of employment while this can work, in times of recession, competition is fierce and it is important to use the knowledge and experience we have accumulated in you field of expertise. I escape opportunities in the field that is before looking to other sectors to work in

2) Make sure you have the best CV you can have. Even in these times where work is scarce still see CV with spelling and grammatical errors, and be ill-formed. Even in the best you can get your CV rejected by errors, but now more than ever its important to do well.

3) have a clear idea of what kind of job you are seeking is vital at this time. When you tell an agent that you will do everything it does'nt come across, as someone who knows exactly what they want and is easier to find a job for this becaue person you are going and when a job comes in thats relevant to that field who you automatically think of that person.

4) When turn to what area you are searching you can also target employers and agencies that are in their field and maximize their employment opportunities.
