Loreal Nuetrogena toner Hydrafresh and advanced solutions?

Im using Neutrogena's advanced solutions and just found out you should use a cartridge I heard using toner with Witch Hazel something I could not find anything that is in it so I bought a Loreal Paris Dermo-Expertise Hydrafresh toner, My question is if I use my Neutrogena solutions and then use my toner Does this hurt my face?
