Can self-adhesive vinyl regular use in vehicles?

Can anyone use self-adhesive vinyl for car stickers (in the paint or windows)? What is different Thanks regular vinyl decal vinyl car? for answers. I went to a vinyl shop yesterday and this question. I have found that outdoor durability is a factor, but it is especially the thickness - Vinyl vehicle that is thicker - to prevent shrinkage in the heat.

Self Adhesive Vinyl comes in many different types. The main difference between them is the "outdoor durability" factor and brightness. Most vinyl used for vehicles with a minimum of 6yrs outdoor durability. We always recommend using at least 6yrs for vehicles. Other shops have used sign 4.5 years as well. (not recommended, unless short-term applications) or if you are looking for a workaround, you can apply a 1-2 year outdoor vinyl that is easily removed as well. I suggest trying to find the "outdoor durability" to the vinyl that you want to use. After making their decision. Hope this helps!
