ps3 problem in black and white screen. NTSC PS3 in PAL 50Hz TV?

my ps3 is a Japanese model is NTSC. I use on my PAL TV with 50 Hz only. I use the yellow white and red lead that can be installed into a scart adapter. I have the problem of black and white screen. Ive tried the "hold power for the resolution of 4 seconds. "Is it possible to fix it and have it color?? PLEASE HELP! I beg you! Where can I get a converter? anyone can advise me one. but my tv is 50Hz PAL though
