How can I get my printer / scanner / fax to send a fax?

My printer / scanner / fax is Dell and not send a fax to a company close. When I send a fax, I can locate the machine you want to send fax and email, but progress remains pending and the company receives the fax. Does anyone Knowing how to get the fax machine to deliver the full?
