What is a quiet paper shredder small office?

I have a small, quiet office, and I do not want anything too strong. Is it possible to compare the decibel or there are particular type, I can find that are quieter?

In fact, I've had about 5 paper shredders over the years. I have tried to Fellowes, Intimus, Dahle, HSM and have finally settled in Destroyit. As for noise, they are actually all the same - about 60 to 70 decibels, that is as strong as a normal conversation between two people.
