How do I print shipping labels through Paypal on E-Bay items 2nd class?

Hello, I wanted to print a pre-paid label shipping last week, but only because the option of printing the label of 1st class items. Is there something I'm missing? Or is that option print do not apply to 2nd class items. I would love to receive any useful response. Merry Christmas Yahoo-res.
