Minolta Drum

What can I use to clean my laser printer drum. It's a Minolta 1250w. I see the spots. Thanks?

The drum is a detachable piece. It is green and I can see the spots that are destroying my impression. I get to them, but I want to make sure I use the right and the cleaning cloth. Thanks for your help. Mike

The drum unit is a spare part and need to be changed when full. The green tube is electrostaticly charged. Wipe damaged and potentially damage the printer. When the drum is full you have to replace it. There's really no way around it. The drum unit is a waste disposal system Toner for all excess and waste that results from printing. Do not put your drum resulting in a drastic reduction in print quality. You can buy the drum unit buy where to buy toner cartridges.
