You can align NCR cd labels?

until yesterday I could print labels for CDs and DVDs without any problem using Microsoft Word and labels NCR mate. Now when I try to print, which are both about an inch. I have not been able to find another program to print using these tags. the labeled "number" is 982,429, please tell me how it is to correct the alignment or if there is a program that can be downloaded using these tags. THANKS

Check the alignment of the trays of food before going crazy with additional software. I think that if that much difference and what used work very well, it's likely that the printer is doing something fun. Make sure the feed tray has a small sweet spot when the paper strips confuse the past mis-feed printer paper. I've seen this before with our own printers, and I can not imagine anything else to make a drastic change from one day for the next .... Also make sure that no printing options to wash a vacuum at the top of the print.
