Label, label maker ...?

I want to buy a tag. One of those things where you write what you want and prints and can paste it into files and such .... Their cost ranges from $ 17 - $ 150, and wondered if anyone knew what to look for in a label maker ... Does anyone have a favorite that has worked well for them? Any and all information to be most appreciated! thanks!

Brother manufactures a wide range of manufacturers on the label. The real question is what features you need. If you need to be able to use iron on tape, for example, then you need a model that has the TZ tape (instead M). You can use the Product Advisor to help determine which models fit your needs. There is no reason to buy the most stylish one to do because yes (we may never remember all the interesting things they can do and what combination of buttons make that happen) ... even simple models may suffice. We have two - the PT-65 and PT-1280. He bought the PT-65, because with a label maker that seemed a good idea, but then wanted to use the iron and flexible identification tapes, so we bought the other model, too.
