Would a 1034S Silver Trumpet Maintenance kit YAC on a Gold Holton?

Hi I've played a golden bronze Holton Trumpet For about 5 years and never had a maintenance kit. I bought a Yamaha Silver Trumpet Maintenance kit YAC 1034S in a state of competition in the souvenir shop. Does the silver treatment polishing my gold cloth damage Holton trumpet or what would happen? Thanks Thanks for all your help.

Hey Herbert fabric that Silver is being used to the same soft cloth to gold. Both metals are delicate, especially Silver. So you can safely use the instrument of gold. We do it all the time in the store. Just make sure that the material is only used for polishing and abrasive that its not there.
