I have a Lexmark X6675 and am having problems to cancel a print job. What should I do?

This document is a Word document and I've been trying for days to remove. The Lexmark print status says "printed delete", but simply is not removed. Nothing more is print while it's there. What can I do?

tail right click - click on the Lexmark X6675 - where a presentation window, right-click a document (the doc. you cancel), click Cancel - yes. Click here - update. when to cancel all documents not your printer. the printer must stay. card.memory printer requires a printer memory is too low. Good luck!
