Do you have to use the same brand of rolling stock and rolling?

I have a Purple Cow laminator. Do I have to use the Purple Cows brand laminate bags with the mill or I can switch brands? I noticed that the PC rolling bags are slightly more expensive than, say, Scotch whiskey brand and would not mind change as long as no harm to my mill.

Check the recommended temperature and thickness ... I big mills and two of my work Some brands found no matching may be too thin or thick and require adjusting the roller pressure, or adjusting the temperature (not all machines allow this). If you are doing a lot of rolling ... Ask your provider if you can get a small number of test samples. GOOD LUCK
