What is the best DYMO LABEL-Writer to buy?

What is the best DYMO LABEL-Writer to buy? What is the cheapest to run (the cost of labels, ink, etc)? What is the most useful? I will buy one as gift for someone who has both a small business from home and also sells a lot of things on eBay. I think it will be very useful for printing address labels and alike, but do not know what to buy. Is well just buy the cheapest, or should spend a little more and buy a good one?

I'm sure that will make the presence of an excellent and practical. I do not think is necessary tp spend money on the machine. I have the "Brother P-Touch 6" There is a Dymo, but it works Well, offering a wide range of space Style Size: orientation, etc.
