Kyocera copier / printer?

We have a photocopier and a large network Kyocera printer here in our office, and I would put it default double-sided printing every time. Is this possible? I can not understand how the interface for printer options.

If you go to print something and play with settings that only impact it (the program Word, IE, etc) for the rest of your session (or until you kill it and restart). To change the defaults, Go to "Start -> Printers and Faxes" and make changes (two-sided, etc) there. That should change the default settings for all programs that begin with. PS: I'm assuming Windows here ...
