using a U.S. Slingbox Pro Romania any experience?

Can someone explain what materials are needed for a U.S. NTSC Slingbox to be connected in Romania in PAL with basic cable on a computer. For the material I'm talking about, besides what comes in the kit from honda. It would be good to hear The view from someone whose done. It is not possible, because the Slingbox is not compatible NTSC PAL. You only see a black and white image past.
