Are fractional jet operators must submit a flight plan?
I think that operate under Part 135, but any guidance on the requirements for submission is appreciated. Thanks
Silverstang, you have no idea what he's talking about. You only need to submit, if you want to fly IFR (Instrument Flight Rules) or crossing the border or in the DC ADIZ. Flight (part 91) regularly from the airport of Class C and not file any flight plan. Of course I VFR (Visual Flight Rules), which by regulation, a flight plan is not necessary but is recommended only if the SAR is required. For theOP: they do not necessarily operating in 135 if you are not using the commuter plane and the ON DEMAND operations, then part 91 is the Administration section. (doubt it would be in the category 121) fractional essentially means is that they are leasing the aircraft can fly VFR 135 passengers, in part, and no flight plan is required, Jet can fly a fractional part 91 rules.
