What inkjet printer color could do the job at a bargain price?

Now I am involved in digital photography at ameture and want to be professional soon as possible. Can you recommend a good entry level of photo quality inkjet printer? I prefer that can be printed up to A3 size and no more than a couple of years.

Watch the Epson Stylus Photo R260. It costs less than $ 100 and supports many features of the print preview in Photoshop. The ink is quite expensive (about $ 20 for each color and there are five ink cartridges plus black). Most of the best printers inkjet have at least one black car, one yellow and two magenta and cyan two cars. That is only part of the story. The ink used in ink jets are file photo and consistency of color is beyond standard printing cars.
