Looks like a pretty cool device. I think if a company makes a product like that would be supported by good technology. Their website has a toll free number, but appears to need a service contract to go with support, I'd say bite the bullet and get the support. If you made the manual available in pdf format this question might be easier to answer. Apart from that you are on your own.
