What does it mean when the "great flexibility" appears in the job description?

I am currently applying for a position in my field. The employer shall include one of the soft skills they are looking for "great flexibility". I'm not sure if that means someone can to fill various positions, as they say as an accountant in filling temporary receptionist, etc? Or does it mean a candidate who is flexible with working hours, benefits, etc? Does anyone have any idea?

I think it could mean a lot, you could say you have several hours, days or even could say that you are able to do more than one type of work / service.
