How do I clean the film clear of sticky things out of the pool before refilling?

I tried Clorox and so far does not work. Any other ideas?

Clear sticky film of material? Sorry, I know what you're asking for here. It was the first batch of filling and draining for cleaning? What kind of pool is? Is it an easy game style or a vinyl liner style pool?
