Employee Time

Employee Time
How much time outside paid work is a normal request?

I just started working at my job last week, and I have some dates need to apply for compensation that occur in the coming months. It is usually a single day at a time, and some of them are not even full days of rest, are only change in preferences. If I always follow the company policy of at least three weeks in advance, and only one or two days each month, should be well, or that a normal employee, do not usually request time off? Obviously, this is my first job.

you should be fine. it is normal for a day out requested or two. More than likely, they are not working 7 days a week so in the future trying to figure out what days it is likely to be or the request to have 2 days of rest and make plans around those days.
