Why has my Dymo Letra Tag stopped printing?

so I have this machine DYMO Letra Tag field and takes the tape and everything, but has not stopped printing is needed ..... ink and where to buy this because I did not see any on the shop plz help I do not know why it wont work! Thanks!

No printing or poor • Check the text and replace batteries if necessary • audiotape, check properly installed and not empty • Cleaning the print head (see "Cleaning")
