DYMO Disc Painter printing errors in the media SILVER?

Why is my artist album seem to like printing in the media Silver communication TDK? their actions, the same bright white Taiyo Yuden in size only tells me the size is wrong and spits the disk out. i even change the size of the print area and still spits. whats wrong?
