What is the difference between a drum cartridge "and a" cartridge "and how they work?

I'm thinking changing inkjet monochrome laser as I tired of having to clean the head and if one fails, the printer will not work. I am researching the consumables to go with a laser and I'm trying to understand how they work compared to iinkjet and also the possible benefits. Any response greatly appreciated.

Personally I recommend a LaserJet printer if your printing usuage is very high. An HP LaserJet printer can print up to 2,500 small pages and the cost of the cartridge over $ S 200 <If you leave your usuage say ery is low, a cartridge can last for a year! So when buying a printer, look for the cost of the cartridge and the role of printer as part of the network laser printer are one or both sides (can double page beginning) Oh ya, by the way the function for the 'drum cartridge' is to transmit the image and can last about 3-4 round use. hmmm. to solve the problem, it would be better to buy a laser printer that only use toner cartridge, and it will be much better choice for you.
