I am looking for a suitable recorder for dictation and transcription Any reccomendations?

Please read these desired characteristics to the recorder. 1. Records lectures with good fidelity 2. You can transcribe easily rewind and fast forward 3. Must be able to make at least 80 minutes of recording at a time 4. Preferably under $ 60
