How do I clean a paper shredder cross section?

I have a shredder is that this dirty, going slower than it used to. Is there any way I can clean up the scraps of paper from inside the shredder so it runs better?

GBC makes a synthetic oil for shredders. When the crusher speed slows down, pour a little lube it lightly on a few sheets of paper on the sides and grind.
