Making use of schools for their copying and printing services?

I just got hired as a sales representative to sell printing services and copy. Can anyone help me with the schools use these services and would be the contact person at school who makes the buying decisions?

I always start with the secretary. He or she always has a good understanding of what is happening in school. If you are looking at a larger district, also might be best to contact the district office instead. Should have a secretary that they can contact the right person. In the schools I worked at Xerox technical services for our machines. We have copied for us, but for special projects that come out of our own pockets to go to Kinkos or shops nearby.
