What metro systems Ikea card gives you a bag when you buy a ticket?

I'm doing a report on advertising in the subway and I remember in the kind of person showing a bag of IKEA card came when they bought their passes. Can anyone tell me what this country and perhaps provide some information additional.

I have one I have in London while getting a pass to the underground from Heathrow. I'm not sure if it was that a single station or if the whole system, but in a bright yellow jacket bi soft vinyl times the size of a credit card. Hope this helps!
