How to dye your hair one color if I have blonde streaks on top?

Okay so I have blonde highlights not only the top my head in my hair. I dye my hair a color my hair is medium brown. I want to know what developer should I use and I go with light brown or medium brown and the base of ash, neutral and so on. And I can dye the part that is bleached or surname. I really need help and can not go to the salon because I have money, so I try to do it by myself. Just so you all know is not the first time I dye my hair for me, so I kind of know a bit about death.
